Maison Rose Travel Terms of Engagement

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Maison Rose Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the client (“you” or “traveler”). By booking travel with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Our Role as Your Travel Partner: Maison Rose Travel acts exclusively as your booking agent, coordinating services with premium third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. As these providers operate independently, Maison Rose Travel does not own or control their services. While we vet our partners with the utmost care, we cannot assume liability for their individual actions, service delivery, or potential omissions.
Your Responsibilities & Eligibility: By engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these travel agreements. You agree to ensure that all information provided to Maison Rose Travel is accurate and complete, and you accept full financial responsibility for all bookings confirmed on your behalf or for your designated travel party.
Pricing & Payment Terms: All pricing is subject to change until confirmed by either a deposit or full payment. By proceeding with a booking, you authorize Maison Rose Travel to process payments through your designated method for all secured travel services. Please be advised that timely payment is essential; failure to meet established deadlines may result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation by the travel supplier.
Cancellations & Modifications: Please note that all cancellation and change policies are governed strictly by the individual travel supplier. Depending on the terms associated with your specific itinerary, you may be subject to penalties amounting to up to 100% of the total booking cost. To ensure clarity and accuracy, all requests for cancellations or modifications must be submitted to Maison Rose Travel in writing.
Chargeback Policy: By finalizing your booking, you agree to honor the established payment and cancellation terms, and you acknowledge that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is not an appropriate substitute for following these policies. In the event of an unauthorized dispute, you may be held responsible for all associated recovery costs, including any administrative or legal fees incurred by Maison Rose Travel.
Travel Protection: We strongly encourage the acquisition of comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your investment against cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Please be advised that by choosing to decline such coverage, you accept full responsibility for any resulting financial loss or non-recoverable expenses.
Travel Documentation & Identification: It is the client’s responsibility to obtain and maintain all necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and required identification, to ensure compliance with international and local regulations. Please verify that your legal name is recorded exactly as it appears on your official identification. Maison Rose Travel cannot be held liable for denied boarding, entry, or any other travel disruptions resulting from insufficient or incorrect documentation.
Risk & Limitation of Liability: Please be advised that travel inherently involves certain risks. It is the responsibility of the client to remain informed by reviewing relevant travel advisories, health guidelines, and entry requirements for your chosen destination. While we strive to curate seamless experiences, Maison Rose Travel acts as an agent and cannot be held liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers. Furthermore, we assume no responsibility for travel disruptions beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to flight delays, baggage handling issues, adverse weather, or force majeure events such as natural disasters.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. By engaging our services, you agree that any disputes arising from or relating to our partnership shall be exclusively resolved in the appropriate courts located within that jurisdiction.
